This is a beautifully created diary of life, in all its human mania and mundane that shows any individual who may be embarking on a coaching career, that truly, if all these wonderful people found the strength to go ahead and do this wonderful work, then they can!
The stories are very earthy in the main, and those who shared their deepest vunerabilities were most touching. Bravo to Amechi for making this wonderful contribution to the coaching community and global world of giving and receiving that we all must acknowledge at a deeper level in our daily lives. The Inspirational quotes are well placed and add that hint of certainty to carry on, after each pause for thought. We all need motivation – true life stories that inspire are the most touching and pleasing way to stay focused and motivated in achieving a coaching career. I think this has been achieved!
